From 8 in the morning to the 23:30 recap: who does what, where the data comes from
๐ The day sheet arrives by itself
Recurring routines (opening, closing, Monday orders, deep cleaning) regenerate their tasks every day with an owner and a deadline. At 8:00 the owner and the director receive the day sheet: what's due, who's on shift, covers booked, deliveries expected. A missed task doesn't disappear โ it escalates: staff โ director โ owner.
Why: the manager's week lives in the app, not in their head. Nothing depends on somebody remembering.

๐ฆ Goods arrive โ HACCP without paper
Every expected delivery (generated by the supplier orders) shows up as a checklist: arrived / missing / non-compliant, photo of the delivery note, temperature of fresh goods. A non-compliance alerts the owner and drafts the credit-note request. Fridge temperatures are logged morning and evening โ out of range triggers an instant alert. The whole log survives a health inspection.
Why: compliance stops being a binder full of paper โ and every load updates stock without typing.

๐ Bookings fill up on their own
Website (0% fees), TheFork, phone: everything lands in one list, on the table map. When a slot reaches capacity, the online channel closes by itself and the waiting list takes over: a cancellation frees a table โ the first compatible guest gets a message with a 15-minute confirmation link. Reminders at D-1 and H-3 cut no-shows.
Why: full room, zero double bookings, and every direct booking is commission-free data you own.
โฐ Staff clock in โ no tricks possible
A QR code displayed in the venue rotates every 60 seconds โ you can't photograph it and clock in from home. The scan itself proves you were there at that moment (it even works offline and syncs later). At the end of the day the director validates the list: no hours enter payroll without the double signature. Then one click exports the month in the exact format the payroll consultant uses.
Why: real hours, fair payroll, zero end-of-month arguments.

๐งพ The till works for you
Every sale rung on the SumUp till syncs on its own โ dish by dish. Sales unload the stock through recipes, margins update in real time, and the evening's numbers build themselves while you run the room. One rule makes it all work: always ring from the catalogue, never free amounts.
๐ฉ The recap reaches you. You decide.
Every evening, with zero clicks from anyone, the owner's email sums up the whole day โ even across venues. It's the manager's second brain, delivered.
Why: you steer with tonight's numbers, not with last month's accountant report.

๐ช Events & Formats
"Sunset DJ set" is a reusable format: pick a date and every sub-task self-generates with its deadline (D-21 artist, D-14 graphics, D-7 social push, D-1 staff brief). Afterwards: real covers vs goal, event cost vs the night's revenue.
๐ธ Social studio
The editorial calendar hooks into events: create one and its promo posts appear by themselves. Shot-lists tell the kitchen exactly what to film; the Instagram grid preview shows the profile before you publish.
And what your guests see?
Try the QR table-ordering experience too: menu, cart, pay at the table.
