He builds alongside investors
Operating partner on new openings — like Ristorante Figallo in Cortemilia (Alta Langa), opened with American founders Luis and Heather Figallo: investor-grade business plan, construction-site management with ~€184,000 of works followed, supplier negotiations, bilingual reporting for owners abroad.
He created the IOD Method
